How long does delivery take?
Most Pakistan orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is complimentary for orders over Rs. 5,000. The exact charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Can I exchange the size?
Yes, eligible unworn items can be exchanged within 15 days.
How do I request an exchange?
Use the contact form with your order number and requested size. Please wait for confirmation before sending the item back.
Where are products made?
DEKO products are designed and manufactured in Sialkot.
How should I wash technical apparel?
Wash cold and inside out. Avoid bleach and tumble drying.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is available when offered by the checkout for your address. Availability is shown before you place the order.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact support as soon as possible. We can only change an address while the order has not been dispatched.
